Meet Rachel
Rachel will be the first to tell you that being an esthetician is more than a job. Skincare is, and always has been, Rachel’s obsession.
Long before YouTube or TikTok tutorials existed, Rachel got her beauty tricks from magazines and her products from drugstores. Even in the early 2000s, Rachel was a fierce advocate for SPF, swearing off tanning beds and their long-term effects.
In 2002, Rachel received her esthetic license from the Aveda Institute in New York City. Since then, she has developed tried-and-true methods for what really promotes healthy, glowing skin. By blending results-oriented treatments with advanced ingredients and botanicals, Rachel has found a way to give her clients luxurious facials that are truly transformative. She firmly believes that coupling consistent, at-home skin care with clinical treatments is the best recipe for radiant skin.
After working in a top medi-spa in Manhattan, Rachel returned to her hometown of Cincinnati in 2006, where she has spent the last two decades mastering her art in local medical spas and working with clients of various ethnic backgrounds and ages. Rachel is proud to offer inclusive services that nourish and repair many different types of skin.
When Rachel is not with her beautiful clients, she’s usually at home with her very tall, very supportive husband and two smart and lovely daughters. Sasha (12) is a budding beautician who would like to have a successful future in the spa business, and Josie (10) is the computer genius of the family. Until Josie learns how to do Rachel’s business analytics, there’s a good chance you’ll meet the youngest Callif on refreshment duty.
